The Select Platform is driven by a multi-disciplinary team with backgrounds that span asset management, financial advice, law, client service and technology.

With experience across companies, sectors, market conditions and cycles, our team is confident and skilled at solving problems for you and your business.

Nick Bridge
Head of Service, Multi-Asset & Platform

Bringing over 20 years’ experience in financial services and other sectors, Nick leads the teams responsible for meeting the Select Platform’s client charter commitments. Having worked in client services roles for many years, Nick understands the challenges advisers face and the importance of responding to their needs quickly and accurately.

Prior to joining the Select Platform, Nick worked for six years at Parmenion, where as Head of Client Services he focused on creating an engaging client experience. Before Parmenion, Nick also worked for Ascentric, Experian and the AA.

Phil Gilder
Managing Director - Platform

Phil has worked on investment platforms since 2008 and has experience of numerous white-label platform launches. Having previously been Head of Proposition for Ascentric, he was also a founding employee of Seccl Technology, fulfilling the regulatory CASS and Compliance oversight functions.

Phil brings a wealth of experience of platform design, build and implementation, which ensures the Select Platform combines robust compliance with continuing innovation.

Fran Zuch
Head of Operations

Fran brings 15 years’ experience working in financial services roles in Germany and the UK. Her expertise lies in the intersection between efficient operational requirements and finding the right technological solutions.

At Winterflood Business Services she built the fund-dealing process and, most recently, as a founding employee at Seccl Technology she was responsible for creating efficient, lean operational processes. She now brings this knowledge to the Select Platform, ensuring that the processes and technological solutions we deliver for advisers are smart and innovative.

Simon Baker
Head of Digital Innovation

Leading the digital side of the Select Platform, Simon streamlines our processes and enables us to do the same for our clients. His substantial experience in technology roles at financial services companies means he understands our clients’ requirements and how to meet them.

Simon’s career has centred on technology and innovation for wealth management businesses. Prior to joining the Select Platform, he helped Parmenion develop, implement and manage its platform service.

Paul Moulton
Strategic Partnership Development

Paul draws on 35 years’ experience in wealth planning and investment to build strong long-term strategic partnerships with advisers who use the Select Platform. These partnerships help advisers grow their businesses through strategic, tailored solutions.

Previously Paul held sales positions at Thames River Capital, F&C Investments and BMO funds, supporting IFA clients and partners. He also held roles at Scottish Widows and Prudential.

George Goodall
Strategic Partnership Development

George is a member of our partnership development team and helps build key relationships for the Select Platform. Over the years, George has gained strong experience in the UK investment market, and he has in-depth knowledge of bespoke investment solutions across a range of asset classes.

In his previous roles, George worked closely with advisers to deliver investment solutions for both private and institutional investors. He spent five years at Parmenion and his most recent role as Regional Sales Manager saw him developing long-term strategic partnerships. Before joining Parmenion, he worked for Hargreaves Lansdown in investment consultancy and account management roles.

Simon Harris
Client Success Manager

Drawing on his business development experience, Simon helps advisers using the Select Platform to grow and future-proof their operations. With over 35 years’ experience in the financial services sector, he understands our clients’ processes and their business objectives.

Simon worked at Ascentric for more than a decade. He was a Business Development Manager for most of his time at the platform, a role that saw him collaborating with clients to achieve their strategic goals. Before joining Ascentric, he worked for NatWest.

Debbie Biggs
Client Service Manager

Leading our client service team, Debbie continually develops the experience we provide, so advisers always feel supported. She has worked in several sectors in roles focused on delivering exceptional client service.

Debbie’s most recent role as Client Services Manager at Parmenion gave her an in-depth insight into what advisers require from their platform.

Tisa Kastrati
Client Service Technical Manager

Committed to delivering exceptional client service, Tisa guides advisers through every step of using the Select Platform.

Before joining the Select Platform, Tisa was at Parmenion, where her roles included Customer Service Consultant and Client Adoption. Her financial services experience brings an in-depth understanding of advisers’ needs at every stage, from training to ongoing support in their use of the Select Platform.

Leah Barnett
Sales Support Consultant

Leah works closely with our sales team to ensure operational and technical queries receive a first-class response.

Before joining the Select Platform, Leah was a Client Service Consultant at Parmenion, supporting both advisers and their clients. Leah is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
